Access Duration

5. Payment and Fees

Course Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

• Update enrollment fees or payment terms when required

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (CCAvenue, Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Philanthropy Contribution

15% of every course enrollment fee is automatically allocated to our philanthropic fund to support underprivileged learners. This contribution is included in the course price and is non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on Academy by Nigel Quadros, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, videos, and lectures
• Text, graphics, logos, and designs
• Software, code, and applications
• Trademarks and brand elements

Restrictions on Use

Service "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, salary increases, or career advancement as a result of course completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academy by Nigel Quadros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Academy by Nigel Quadros, its instructors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
